Principles of Telekinesis
The ability to move objects and influence circumstances by just willing it is called psychokinesis or telekinesis. Some people believe that psychokinesis is an ability born to all but only a few really do get to exhibit and make use of it. However, for those who want to tap into their inner psychokinetic powers, here are a few principles that can help develop the ability.
Believe in telekinesis.
The first thing that one has to do is to accept that telekinesis is possible. Psychokinesis or telekinesis is about the power of the mind over matter. So before you can pick up a chair or a table with your mind, you first have to believe that you CAN pick up that chair or table with your mind. If just willing things to move really moves them, then thinking that you can move things just by willing it can only get you there faster.
Practice makes perfect.
Just like in any other activity that you want to master, practicing regularly can also make you adept and more able to control your psychokinetic powers.
Challenge yourself.
There are many tests that people can perform to check if they have psychokinetic potential. However, these tests can also be used to strengthen one's abilities. Ball drop tests, flipping coins, and bending spoons are just a few of the simple exercises that one can use to hone his or her psychokinetic abilties. Once a person has mastered a certain test or has successfully done micro psychokinesis, he or she can then move ahead to greater challenges such as heavier objects like chairs, tables, or even people.
