Numerology
Numerology is a branch of knowledge that deals with numbers, their hidden meanings, and their implications on human life. Considered as one of the divinatory arts, it is a metaphysical science that is similar to astrology, though astrology uses celestial bodies, and numerology uses numbers.
Numerology is all about the belief that numbers and actual or physical objects (including humans) have a certain esoteric or mystical relationship. Numerous mathematicians in history are known to have used numerology in their endeavors. Among them is Pythagoras, along with other mathematicians in his time.
For thousands of years, people have been using numerology in unveiling secrets from deep within one’s inner self. Throughout these years, believers were able to successfully discover concealed “truths” about love, happiness, success, and wealth with the use of numbers. Various versions of this metaphysical science can be found around the world. Numerology comes in different types. Five of the most popular are Abracadabra, Pythagorean, Kabbalah, Chaldean, and New Kabbalah. Despite certain differences, the concept is pretty much the same: life’s processes are governed by and revealed through numbers.
In numerology, numbers have innate meanings, and these meanings greatly affect people and situations associated with them. Each person has a “code.” This code is usually determined by one’s name and birth date. From this code, one’s personality can be determined, thus, helping individuals discover more about themselves, their priorities, and their values.
Aside from determining “truths” hidden in each person carrying a particular “code”, numerology can also be used to help people plan their lives to be able to make the most out of life, love, happiness, and success.
