How to be Good at Remote Viewing
So you've finally tapped into that ability that allows you to see or perceive things and instances that happen in a different time and place with your mind. Take guessing the weather at Oklahoma to another level by improving your remote viewing skills and putting them to use in greater tasks. Here are just a few tips to help you develop your abilities that you need to do regularly.
Practice relaxing.
Learn how to empty your thoughts of any worries, fear, doubts, and anything else that could hinder the processes. Still your imagination for a few minutes so as not to have the images interfere with your perceptions. It may be best to visualize a pitcher or bowl of water emptying its contents, that way you drain away all thoughts to have enough room or space for the perceptions.
Focus.
Once you've freed yourself of all thoughts and settled yourself in a position you are comfortable in or most receptive in, you can now focus your energies on your target. If you prefer to close your eyes, focus on your target, letting images flow through the basin or bowl or write themselves on your mental blackboard. Though some images may seem like products of the imagination, don't stop yourself from thinking about these. Let the pictures or feelings flow.
Locate.
If you are supplied with coordinates or numbers, then focus your efforts in finding the place in question. Visualize and observe what comes into “view.” If you feel the need to describe things verbally, it is best to have someone take down notes or a recorder to record your observations.
