Micro psychokinesis is a kind of psychokinesis that works on small random numbers. One can only detect a subtle improvement or attainment after collecting, recording, and assessing enough data. Some online psychokinetic tests and activities center on this kind of phenomenon, by having the person concentrate on certain numbers or images and influencing how often these appear.

Macro psychokinesis

Macro Psychokinesis on the other hand involves controlling and moving objects with the mind. History has records of gifted people being able to move chairs, tables, and other large objects with the power of their minds. However, in history, people regarded individuals who were able to lift items with their minds as devil worshippers or influenced by the occult.

Levitation

Psychokinetic people are purported to be able to levitate or float off the ground. There are many accounts in history and religion that point to spiritual figures being able to float a few inches or even a few feet off the ground, and even fly or walk across water. Paranormal experts believe that it was psychokinesis that actually accounts for these so-called miracles or abominations.
