Guide to Bilocation

Not everyone can manipulate his or her consciousness at will to achieve the state of bilocation, not at first. In most cases, practice and study are necessary to achieve the perfect mental state of bilocation. This is the reason a system called the Remote Viewing Protocol was developed as a guide to bilocation.
