Distant Reading Skills

Distant reading skills are basically psychic abilities to detect verbal and visual vibrations to be able to tell the future and determine events in a particular person’s life.

The skill of being able to do distant readings is facilitated by ESP or extrasensory perception. ESP refers to the ability to sense or perceive events, thoughts, and even objects without the use of human senses. These perception skills are collectively known as the psi phenomena. They are categorized into four main types: telepathy, precognition, retro cognition, and clairvoyance.

Telepathy refers to the ability to conduct mind-to-mind communication. Precognition pertains to knowledge of what lies in the future, while retro cognition pertains to knowledge of the past even without reading or hearing about them. Clairvoyance, on the other hand, refers to the awareness of distant things, events, or thoughts. This is where distant reading skills come in.

Some people, psychics and non-psychics alike, believe that distant reading skills, as well as other forms of ESP skills, are gifts born to handful of people. Others believe they are actually acquired, or can be learned. However, since the existence of extrasensory perception still remains to be outside the realm of scientific knowledge, science still couldn’t provide scientific explanations on the nature of this skill.

A number of studies were conducted on these sensory perceptions beyond human senses. Some studies found out that these “visions” can be induced by hypnosis, hallucinations due to drug overuse, and imagination. Despite these findings, psychics stand firm on their claims of having psychic abilities, including clairvoyance skills used in distant readings.
