Becoming a Palm Reader
Becoming a palm reader does not really need any special or professional study. However, it is important that a palm reader knows the most important techniques in palm reading in order to conduct a reading for a subject. As the palm reader practices this form of divination, he or she will be able to expound his or her knowledge and memorize the interpretation of the important lines, mounds and marks used in palm reading.
For a beginner in palm reading, the person must first study the important lines of the palm and how to locate them. A palm reader has to gain the confidence of his or her subject by projecting confidence in what he or she is doing. A palm reader would not make his subject comfortable if he or she finds a hard time locating the lines and had to refer to a guide to do so.
After locating the important lines of the palm, the beginner should memorize the names of the lines and how do these names related to the meaning of the lines. As the palm reader practices this, he or she should also start reading on how to interpret these lines. There are several references published on interpreting the lines of the hand. For a palm reading beginner, it is best to practice reading his or her own palm or the palm of a friend. As he or she practices reading different palms, he will be able to learn more about the methods of interpreting the locations and crosses of the lines of the palm.
